Is the 2215 enough filter for a 350 L tank?
For a normally-stocked tank, yes. Eheim rates it to 350 L, and its 620 L/h plus large biological volume keep water clear on a moderate community setup. If you keep messy or heavily-stocked fish, aim closer to 4× turnover and consider the larger 2217, or run the 2215 alongside good maintenance.
Why so few features compared to a Fluval?
That is the point. The Classic has no baskets, no valves, no display — just a sealed canister and a superb pump. Fewer parts means less to leak, clog or break, which is why these filters last so long. If you want tool-free baskets, a Fluval 407 trades some of that simplicity for convenience.
